How long does it take to produce my order?

Each product has a different production time that is based on the processes and complexity of producing it. We will advise an approximate time when we discuss your order at the artwork approval stage. If you have a deadline for an event like a trade show we need to know this as soon as possible (ideally when you place the order). We do everything we can to meet a specific date, but you must also allow the approriate production + freight time for the order to arrive.

What do you need to do before we send the order to production?

2 things – 1) Artwork approval to be sent back to us and 2) payment to be made.
Then your order will proceed to the production team. Once the artwork has been prepared, you will be emailed an artwork proof. We need you to approve the artwork proof before we can send the order to production. This applies to all orders – whether they are new or repeat orders – and ensures that the correct artwork will be printed.

Can I be a reseller of your products?

We constantly get requests for people wanting to a reseller. We produce the highest possible quality products through our scale and efficient processes we can offer the lowest prices. We can offer direct shipping to your customer in unbranded packaging. We have low shipping prices on most items to anywhere in Australia. There are no further discounts for resellers unless you can demostrate a large database of potential clients and provide a business plan / proposal on how you can achieve no less than 10 orders per month. If this is you, then we will arrange a call to discuss whats possible.

How can National Promo sell such high quality products at such low prices?

We are not your typical promotional product and print manufacturer, we are focused on technology and automation which allows us to run a very efficient business. We have invested in the latest technology machinery which allows us to manufacture high quality at high speeds.

What if I want a different quantity than your shopping cart provides?

No problem. Just email us on sales@nationalpromo.com.au with your order request and we will quote it with you instantly. With over 10,000 items to pick from – the logistics of having every option in an online shopping cart is impossible.
